If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
1. Cancellation Conditions
- Standard bulk or retail orders can be cancelled free of charge if the request is placed before shipping/dispatch from our Ernakulam showroom.
- Once an order is loaded onto delivery transits, cancellation requests will bear freight charges.
- Custom-fabricated panels, custom-sized cables, and custom-ordered items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
2. Returns Conditions
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
- The Goods are in the original packaging, undamaged, and unopened (seals intact).
- The original purchase tax invoice is provided.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Goods cut to specific lengths (such as wiring coils, cut conduits, or cut cables).
- Customized panel boards built to customer drawings.
- Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
3. Refund Processing
Upon receiving the returned item at E J Electrical Shop and verifying its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment mode (or bank transfer for bulk transactions) within 5-7 business days. Cash refunds are issued immediately at our billing desk for retail items.
